What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently and professionally across multiple apartment communities
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents, including make-readies and unit turns
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and community amenities
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal standards
• Assist with emergency repairs and participate in an on-call rotation as required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
• Monitor maintenance supplies and assist with inventory management
• Travel between assigned communities as needed to support maintenance operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience required; multifamily or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, or general building maintenance
• EPA Certification preferred (Type II or Universal)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to participate in an after-hours emergency maintenance on-call rotation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Basic hand tools preferred
