As we continue to grow, we're seeking driven sales professionals who can build relationships, identify opportunities, and help clients create impactful event experiences.
Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships within the trade show, convention, conference, and event marketing industries. This role is ideal for a motivated hunter who enjoys networking, prospecting, and closing high-value projects.
The successful candidate will work with marketing teams, event managers, exhibitors, and corporate decision-makers to provide custom exhibit and booth solutions that help clients achieve their event objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Identify companies exhibiting at trade shows, conferences, conventions, and corporate events.
- Build relationships with marketing directors, event managers, brand managers, and C-level executives.
- Present custom exhibit, trade show booth, and experiential marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing packages.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
- Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to develop client solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
