VP-SVP, Equipment Finance Sales Officer (EFSO)

Type: HybridLocation: Philadelphia, PA & Boston, MASalary: Up to $150,000 (bonus and commission not factored into the salary)Description & QualificationsEstablish and maintain strong business relationships with assigned bankers, their management, and their clientsDrive the growth and profitability of the bank’s lending portfolio via origination of EFL transactionsRegular and consistent participation in periodic banker meetings and eventsLeverage your market knowledge, experience, contacts, and resources to establish prospecting lists with a higher probability of successfully closing EFL businessDisciplined and consistent new business prospecting activity strategy and implementationDevelop Center of Influence (COI) referral sources to support new business prospecting effortsWork cooperatively with functional support staff in credit, documentation, operations, and legal to facilitate closing of transactionsUtilize our CRM software to manage EFL opportunity pipeline reporting and forecastingBachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferredExpert equipment finance & leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skillAbility to read and understand financial statements including calculating basic ratiosGood working knowledge of equipment leasing products and how to position their potential accounting, tax, and equipment management benefits to prospective clientsKnowledge of key capital equipment classes such as construction, transportation, and manufacturingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with a track record of successAbility to multi-task across functions (credit, documentation, operations, etc.) and set prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), CRM software, Pricing software (i.e. T-Value, SuperTRUMP), and the HP Financial Calculator (i.e. 12c, 17bll)
