ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and Im excited to build something special as we grow. Right now, our team includes one team member plus myself, and Im looking to add motivated people who want to be part of an agency thats building momentum from day one. Before opening my office, I worked for a State Farm agent for four years, and prior to that I built my career in logistics sales so Im no stranger to working hard, setting goals, and earning results.

I attended the University of Minnesota, and outside of the office youll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, or catching a game Im a big sports fan and I love staying active. That same energy carries into our office culture too. We keep things fun, upbeat, and positive, with open and honest communication and a true team mindset.

For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. Im looking for someone outgoing, driven, and full of integrity someone who brings a great attitude, wants to grow, and enjoys working in an energetic environment. Sales experience is a plus, but the right personality and work ethic matter most. Jason Putnam - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
