What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor

LPN Lead manage and train your team of caregivers Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians Utilizing Electronic Health Record EHR and Electronic Medication Administration Record EMAR Communicating effectively to team residents and families Building strong relationships
