Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an IQA Technician I to join their team. As an IQA Technician I, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing and inspection operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong adherence to quality standards.

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $21/hr on w2

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Supports manufacturing and testing operations adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices to satisfy regulatory requirements for receiving and inspection.
• Performs all job duties in full accordance with the company's standards and complies with quality system requirements.
• Completes tier 1 inspections per the inspection plan and associated drawings to support build schedules.
• Performs visual and dimensional inspections through application of cable harness assembly and printed circuit board assembly.
• Maintains accurate inspection records, filing systems, and appropriate documentation to conform to all quality and GMP regulations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of work experience performing incoming dimensional inspections
• Ability to perform manual routine inspections utilizing hand tools such as calipers, gauges, and rulers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO, or similar
