Physical Therapist (PT) PRN

Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Kindred Hospital – Houston Northwest, 11297 Fallbrook Drive, Houston, Texas, a long‑term acute care hospital (LTACH). A LTACH specializing in respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, complex wounds, and congestive heart failure with ventilator, dialysis, or IV therapy. How you’ll contribute The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Essential Functions Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately. Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Experience: Previous experience in Acute care or Long Term Acute Care rehab setting preferred. License: Current PT license. Certifications: CPR certification required.
