What You'll Do as an Expediter

As an Expediter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a flawless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team.
• Organizing and prioritizing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes.
• Inspecting plates to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before they reach the table.
• Communicating effectively with chefs, servers, and other team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or restaurant setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A professional attitude and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Certified Food Handlers (Serve safe or equivalent food safety certification)
