$130,000 - $160,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex family law litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored legal strategies that align with their goals.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating passionately for their rights and interests.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail.

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in family law to provide informed and innovative legal solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering compassionate and clear communication throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing complex family law litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to develop personalized legal strategies that meet their unique needs.
