Parts Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The Parts Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day parts requests and inquiries from the dealer network. This includes processing parts orders, preparing quotes, providing order status updates, and assisting dealers with a variety of parts-related requests. This individual will collaborate closely with fellow Parts team members to achieve team objectives and work cross-functionally with other departments as needed.

Process parts orders submitted by the dealer network in a timely and accurate manner.

Process customer parts returns as needed.

Assist customers with parts inquiries, order issues, credits, and other miscellaneous requests, escalating issues when appropriate.

Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email support.

Work independently and collaboratively with the Parts team to achieve individual and departmental goals.

Participate in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
