Quick Facts Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Perm / Full-Time Shift: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Licenses/Certifications: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Prior specific years of practice preferred Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Paid on a full-time basis, comprehensive benefits included) Pay & Benefits Competitive base salary with annual quality incentive bonus up to $25,000 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off: 224 PTO hours + 40 hours NJ sick leave 5 paid CME days per year + $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and expenses Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide outpatient maternal-fetal specialty care at two practice locations in Atlantic City and Pomona Offer inpatient consultative services at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, including Level III NICU support Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and advanced practice providers for patient management Support remote and in-hospital monitoring of high-risk obstetric patients Participate in rotating call schedules, including nights and weekends Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems Engage in comprehensive patient education and postpartum care coordination Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in maternal and fetal health What You Need Active New Jersey medical license & Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Proven experience in high-risk obstetrics and fetal medicine (preferred) Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment About the Assignment Join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility in Atlantic City, NJ, offering outpatient and inpatient maternal-fetal health services.
