ESE supports TBI's residential, commercial, apartment and city living teams with in-house surveying, planning, engineering and environmental consulting services from 19 offices covering New England to Seattle, Washington.

ESE Consultants , a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Senior CAD Technician for our operations in the Grapevine, Texas area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects!

What is the opportunity?

Highly skilled production drafting role working as part of a team developing/maintaining construction
documents and permit sets. Capable of working independently on complex assignments as needed.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Production
  • Able to take direction
  • Complex drafting conditions
  • Adhere to project workflow criteria
  • Follow established standards and development procedures
  • Preparation of permit construction documents
  • Complex revisions to completed models
  • Preparation of files to be used by other stakeholders
• Collaboration
  
  • Opportunities to collaborate with other Architectural stacks
  • Engage and interact with all team members by sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best
    practices
  • Encourage opportunities for continuous improvement by asking questions, identifying roadblocks
    and providing suggestions to managers
• All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:
  • Min. Required Education - Associate Degree or equivalent vocational/technical
    certification
  • Required Software -AutoCAD, Excel, Word
  • Architectural knowledge required
  • 3+ years previous related experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in office days vary per Division/Department.
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor of Architecture
  • Software -SketchUp, BIM360
  • Construction knowledge
  • Residential knowledge
