Hotel Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities: • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies Qualifications: • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly
