Position Overview As a Landscaping Team Leader, you will oversee landscaping projects that both integrate and enhance pool, hot tub, and sauna installations, as well as standalone landscape tasks. Your leadership will be critical in managing daily activities on-site, guaranteeing the highest quality of work, and ensuring safety and efficiency at every job site. The right candidate will possess considerable landscaping experience and be skilled in leading and motivating a team in the field. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute landscape projects with a focus on excellence Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients on-site Train, mentor, and develop crew members Oversee tool and equipment maintenance, along with job site cleanliness Uphold safety protocols and promote best practices Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or related outdoor labor Experience as a foreman or crew lead is highly preferred Demonstrated leadership and strong communication abilities Capability to interpret basic plans or site layouts Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr
