As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Route in Spring TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors customers and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel according to post orders.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store loading areas parking lots and/or perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances exits and high-traffic areas while maintaining awareness of retail operations customer interactions and/or potential loss prevention concerns.
• Support access control de-escalation and/or incident response activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and location-specific instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license as required by state and/or local laws.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
