ID: 63712774 Shift: Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Description: **This unit takes advanced care level patients and needs to have experience with advanced care level drips and need to have worked some advanced care/step down before* Mixed acuity unit.**No holiday RTO being accepted****No travel partners**36 OR 48 HOURS ACCEPTED**For 48-hour contract, OT is paid out after 48 hours**NO BLOCK SCHEDULE 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred **Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6***Unit participates/may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care.
