Electrical Project Coordinator in Phoenix

Job Summary This position will support Electrical Project Managers by coordinating project activities, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring effective communication among clients and team members for a commercial electrical project in New Mexico. This job includes housing, per diem, and all standard company benefits! Upon completion of this project (2+ years) is the potential to coordinate a project in a different area. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Assist in developing project plans, defining project scope and objectives, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Monitor and manage project timelines and schedules Manage project budgets Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information Serve as point of communication between project teams, external partners, and clients, providing updates on project status Track project progress and performance, create detailed status reports, and highlight potential risks Document and submit change orders Required Skills and Abilities 3‑5 years of project coordination experience Experience in the electrical field is required Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi‑task and time management skills Excellent problem‑solving skills Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening Benefits Health Insurance‑FMM will pay 50% of the employee's premium 401K Contribution‑FMM will match employee contribution up to 3% Optional voluntary benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program Company Provided Health Club membership Housing Per Diem #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
