AmeriCorps VISTA – Programming and Mentorship Program Programming and Mentorship Support VISTA strengthen WarriorNOW’s veteran programming by developing consistent event and mentorship systems that increase connection, accountability, and long-term stability for at-risk veterans. The member will develop volunteer mentor onboarding/training tools and build community partnerships so WarriorNOW can expand services sustainably beyond the VISTA term. Member Duties Programming and Mentorship Support VISTA strengthen WarriorNOW’s veteran programming by developing consistent event and mentorship systems that increase connection, accountability, and long-term stability for at-risk veterans. The member will create programs to track outcome, develop volunteer mentor onboarding/training tools, and build community partnerships so WarriorNOW can expand services sustainably beyond the VISTA term.
