Field Service Technician

Job Description About the Opportunity Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician to join a growing industrial services organization supporting a variety of commercial and industrial customers throughout the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and working in different environments each day. Successful candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to support field operations and service projects Perform inspections, maintenance, repair, and installation activities Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with implementing solutions Utilize hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assigned work Complete documentation and communicate project updates with internal teams Adhere to company safety policies and procedures Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas Support emergency and after-hours service activities as needed Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
