Assistant Inside Sales Manager

Learn all aspects of the Customer Service Manager. Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training and development opportunities. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Analyze customer service metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors and brokers. Maintain good organizational skills - has ability to document, store and retrieve with ease documented processes.
