Commercial Property Administrator (Direct Hire)
Location: Honolulu, HI 96816
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

About the Opportunity
Bishop & Company is seeking a Commercial Property Administrator on behalf of a well-established commercial real estate organization in Honolulu.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys providing administrative, tenant relations, and operational support in a fast-paced commercial property management environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and accounting teams to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of a portfolio of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and assist with service requests, property communications, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, contractor access, and vendor scheduling.
• Track work orders, maintenance requests, contracts, lease dates, and insurance certificates.
• Maintain organized property files, lease documents, contracts, and operational records.
• Review invoices, assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and support month-end reporting.
• Assist with property inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance activities.
• Support budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate records within property management systems and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice coding, or lease administration is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, AVID, Corrigo, or similar property management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
