What You'll Do

As a Diesel Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers and operations moving by:

✅ Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems

✅ Troubleshooting fuel, electrical, emissions, hydraulic, and mechanical issues

✅ Using advanced computerized diagnostic tools and software

✅ Performing preventative maintenance inspections and services

✅ Repairing brakes, suspension systems, driveline components, and electrical systems

✅ Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and repair procedures

✅ Providing accurate repair recommendations and communicating findings clearly

✅ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

✅ Staying up to date with the latest diesel technologies and industry advancements

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

• Mechanically inclined with strong diesel engine knowledge
• A skilled troubleshooter who enjoys solving challenges
• Experienced using diagnostic equipment and repair software
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Dedicated to safety and professional standards
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Previous Diesel Technician or Diesel Mechanic experience

⭐ Technical school or vocational training in diesel technology

⭐ ASE and/or OEM certifications

⭐ CDL license (a plus, but not required)
