Your Role: Create an Exceptional Client Experience

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll be an important point of contact for individuals and families seeking information about available benefits.

Rather than simply answering calls or processing transactions, you'll build relationships and help clients understand important financial protection decisions.

  Customer Care & Relationship Management

Your day may include:

• Meeting with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connecting with individuals interested in learning about available benefits

• Listening to client questions, concerns, and priorities

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Explaining information in clear, easy-to-understand language

• Following up with prospective and existing clients

• Assisting with applicable policy-service requests

• Helping with beneficiary-related updates
