Location: Dubuque, IA

Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience

A chiropractic clinic in Dubuque is looking for a Chiropractic Office Assistant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide patients to treatment rooms in a professional and welcoming manner

• Maintain and organize patient files and retrieve folders as needed

• Prepare and tidy up treatment rooms before and after visits

• Administer therapeutic therapies with care and attentiveness (training provided)

• Verify insurance information and assist with billing tasks

• Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service at the front desk

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working with phones and computer systems

• Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Prior experience with insurance verification is a plus, but not required

Work Schedule (Between these hours):

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM Weekends Off!
