Head of Corporate Development | PE-Backed Specialty Insurance Platform A PE-backed specialty insurance platform is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to own its inorganic growth strategy. The company currently writes ~$225M in Gross Written Premium with a clear path to $1B+ through MGA acquisitions and de novo program launches. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person leads the full deal lifecycle -- sourcing, pipeline management, diligence, structuring, and close -- and serves as a primary strategic partner to both executive leadership and the PE sponsor. Strong candidates will have 10+ years across corporate development, insurance investment banking, or insurance-focused private equity, with established relationships across the specialty ecosystem: carriers, reinsurance brokers, MGA founders, and underwriting teams. Experience with de novo program incubation is a meaningful differentiator. #J-18808-Ljbffr
