Zest Culinary Services (formerly known as MMI Dining Systems) is looking for a Catering Manager for our account at William Carey University . If you have a passion for hospitality, a creative eye for details, strong communication skills, and you believe in jumping in and working hands-on, then this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone to not only continue our tradition of excellence, but to elevate the guest experience.

As the Catering Manager, you will be an important part of catering and food service. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of events, including but not limited to; serving as the main point of contact for group functions, ensuring contracts are executed by clients, working in educational foodservice, understanding that a quality food service operation includes purchasing, budgeting, cost controls, maintaining a staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner, and ensuring guest satisfaction is met. This position is also responsible for assisting in all food outlets and does some data entry and office work, mail runs, deposits, etc.
