The Portfolio Analyst will build and refine financial models, analyze portfolio-wide performance across data centers, translate strategic and operational initiatives into clear financial insights, support KPI reporting and cross-functional decision-making, and strengthen finance processes to drive disciplined, scalable growth. The Analyst will:

• Build and maintain robust financial models and long-range scenario analyses to evaluate business performance against key goals and metrics
• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives, capital planning, and operational investments, translating assumptions into clear financial impact and decision-ready insights
• Synthesize and analyze financial and operational data across all our data centers
• Support in building and monitoring KPIs/dashboards for our data centers, highlighting opportunities to drive better outcomes and providing recommendations for improvement with a strong understanding of our strategic priorities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments on high priority and growth initiatives; provide support
• Improve finance workflows, modeling standards, and reporting processes to increase rigor, efficiency, and scalability

The details:

• Location: Denver, CO - In office: 4 days per week
• Travel: less than 5% domestically

Must-have qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, corporate FP&A, or a similarly analytical environment
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (or equivalent tools); ability to build clean, flexible, auditable models
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI) is a plus
• Prior experience in a data center is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities
• High intellectual curiosity and strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills
• Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload
