Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license for the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
• Proficiency with school-based services
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Strong communication and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff collaboration
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt interventions for on-site or teletherapy formats
