Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Melody Conn; cardiac obs, post cardiac cath lab patients, 

cardioversions, adult population 

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Cardiac 

Weekend Hours: Every other weekend 

Call Requirements: None 

Float Requirements: Yes 

Number of Beds: 22 

Patient Ratios: 4:1 

Equipment: Telemetry

EHR: Paragon 

Requirements:

2YRS+ Exp Working in Specialty 

2YRS+ Exp Working Only in Acute Care Setting 

ACTIVE BLS (AHA)

ACTIVE ACLS (AHA)

Must Have Skills/Experience: Step-down/ICU experience
