We’re seeking experienced Medical‐Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurses to care for patients requiring both acute medical‐surgical nursing and continuous cardiac monitoring. If you’re confident in rhythm interpretation, patient assessment, and managing complex conditions, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

• Per Diem.
• 8‐Hour Shifts Only
• • 7:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Nights)
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Days)
  • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Eve)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical‐surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying abnormalities and escalating concerns appropriately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry data
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders
• Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, post‐procedural, and chronic medical conditions
• Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and initiate timely interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, monitor technicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and recovery plans
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality‐of‐care standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical‐Surgical Telemetry, Telemetry, or acute care RN experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast‐paced environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical‐thinking skills
• Calm, confident clinical judgment and attention to detail
