Associate Director of Nursing

The client is seeking an Associate Director of Nursing, an RN, for the Cardiac Operating Room. The role will support nursing leadership within an operating room environment and help ensure high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care in a large inpatient facility with substantial surgical capacity. The Associate Director of Nursing will oversee day-to-day nursing operations for the Cardiac Operating Room, coordinating staffing and workflow to support safe, efficient surgical services.
