Mechanical / Electrical AssemblerLocation: Tulsa, OKSchedule: Full-TimePay: DOEType: Manufacturing / AssemblyThe Assembler is responsible for transforming materials through manufacturing processes to produce quality products that meet customer requirements. This role involves assembling, testing, repairing, and processing equipment and components while following drawings, work orders, and ISO-certified procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble electronic and mechanical components using mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematicsPerform numbering, painting, grinding, and deburring operationsAssemble, test, and process equipment, products, and component parts according to daily schedules using Capacity Management System (CMS) work listsOperate a tow motor to move parts and materialsDisassemble, evaluate, and repair customer equipment returned for serviceCoordinate assembly activities with Quality Control, Production Control, and Engineering to ensure all product requirements are metFollow work order routings, blueprints, and ISO-certified proceduresPerform all job duties safely, maintaining safety as the top priorityMaintain a clean work area and follow 5S and workplace organization standardsExperience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required3–5 years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specificationsKnowledge of overhead crane operationExperience using power tools and hand toolsFamiliarity with industrial manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of the TDW product line preferredWork EnvironmentManufacturing and assembly shop environmentRequires standing, lifting, and hands-on mechanical workUse of shop equipment, tools, and material handling equipmentApply with a detailed, updated resume for consideration.
