Job Title: Oracle Database & Middleware Administrator 14+ years of experience Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: Qualifications: Extensive experience installing, configuring, administering, upgrading, migrating, patching, and maintaining Oracle Application Server 10g and 11g environments, including Oracle Portal and Oracle Discoverer components. Strong expertise in installing, configuring, upgrading, patching, and maintaining Oracle Internet Directory (OID), including integration with Microsoft Active Directory for enterprise authentication and identity management. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Application Servers, middleware components, and Oracle database environments. Hands‑on experience performing Oracle database administration activities within IBM AIX environments, including performance monitoring, maintenance, backup, and recovery operations. Proficient in administering and supporting IBM AIX 6.1 and higher operating systems in enterprise production environments. Experience working in HIPAA‑compliant environments, ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of sensitive healthcare data. Skilled in administering, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Informatica PowerCenter, including the development and maintenance of ETL mappings and data integration workflows. Experience planning and executing Oracle database upgrades and migrations while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity. Strong knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), including administration, report development, and migration/conversion of Oracle Discoverer reports to OBIEE. Oracle WebLogic Certified Associate with demonstrated expertise in WebLogic Server administration and support.
