Tax Credit Transfer Associate — Closings & Fundings

Greenprint Capital is seeking an Associate to join its Tax Credit Transfer team, supporting the sale and transfer of ITCs and PTCs across the firm's renewable energy portfolio. Location in St. Louis, MO is preferred but not required. The role focuses on pipeline management, drafting and negotiating term sheets and transfer agreements, assembling diligence, and coordinating with purchasers, investors, and external counsel to ensure timely funding and successful transfers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greenprint Capital
