Join our advertising technology team and lead the engineering efforts behind self-service performance advertising products that drive discovery and sales across Amazon's Retail and Marketplace businesses. As a Sr Manager, Software Development, you'll assemble and mentor a team of engineers to solve complex technical and business challenges while owning the evolution of systems that process petabytes of data and support several critical functions. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
