Director of Marketing

Director of Marketing - Nursing Home Located in the Nassau County Region Salary: Basesd On Experience, Excellent Salary with Benefits!! Will Pay What It Takes!! Qualifications:
- Must have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Must have marketing experience in long-term care
- Must have connections to local hospitals in the area
- Experience/ability to establish new connections
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able/ willing to travel
- Establish and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and local physicians.
- Represent the facility at community events, senior centers, and civic organizations to increase visibility.
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet admissions and census goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positive representation across all channels.
- Identify trends, assess competitors, and use data to inform strategy.
- Track marketing efforts, analyze performance, forecast occupancy, and report results to leadership.
- Manage marketing expense budgets.
