As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the associate medical director. You will work onsite at the CenterWell Villages, FL clinic. You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation. You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions. Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Board certified or board eligible in geriatric medicine, family medicine or internal medicine Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain) Current, unrestricted DEA license 1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for tuberculosis Use Your Skills To Make An Impact #primarycarephysiciancareers This position is located at 1400 N. US Highway 441 Lady Lake, FL 32159 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. \$255,000 - \$298,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
