Overview:
Our client is seeking a Staff Accountant or experienced Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations at their Medley, FL office. This is an immediate, on-site need due to recent team changes, with potential for hybrid flexibility once fully onboarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process A/P and A/R invoices
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Manage T&E expense reports (Travel Bank/Elan preferred)
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close
- Support reporting and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years in bookkeeping or staff accounting
- Solid grasp of basic accounting (debits, credits, reconciliations)
- NetSuite experience preferred; other ERP experience acceptable
- Proficiency in Excel; strong attention to detail
- Local to Miami area (on-site required to start)
