At Defy Medical, we are a passionate team with a strong mission and a focused purpose: to defy expectations for our patients and help them live better, healthier lives.Intake Coordinators are part of Defy Medical's growing sales team and are responsible for gathering all new patient information, entering it digitally, and following up with both patients and laboratory partners to ensure successful patient on-boarding. Intake Coordinators will collaborate with internal departments to collect new patient requirements, answer patient questions, and prepare for scheduling consults with a provider. Intake Coordinators must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple patients in the various steps of the intake process, while providing timely communication to internal teams.As an Intake Coordinator, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced outbound call environment, be a self-starter who is comfortable managing their own time, be results and outcome oriented and above all, dedicated to providing a positive patient experience.Duties include but are not limited to:Gather all patient information and requirements including but not limited to: medical history, patient exam forms, laboratory panels, and payment informationMaintain a 24-hour turnaround time on contacting all new patientsResponsible for accurate and complete patient information recorded in the CRM, EMR and other softwareMaintain high-volume outgoing communications, with details logged in CRMCommunicate between patient and appropriate Defy departments to assist in advancing the intake processCollaborate with Patient Liaisons on any patient inquiry regarding treatment plan or delay in on-boardingFollow established sales operating procedures and best practicesMeet all performance expectations and regularly exceed goalsSkills:Capable of making a high volume of outbound telephone calls and emails dailyAbility to interact effectively with diverse patients via phone and emailExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMaintain above average attendance and punctualityAbility to learn detailed knowledge of integrative wellness and specific clinical treatmentsWillingness to work collaboratively and ability to demonstrate effective teamworkAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesMust be self-starter and results-drivenExperience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)Must be detailed-oriented and able to multi-taskDesire to grow into a future position within the Defy Medical sales teamPosition QualificationsPrevious experience in patient intake or related medical office experience preferredProficiency in written and verbal communicationsGenuine interest in therapies related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapiesMedical records: 1 year (Preferred)Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)Available Shift: Monday-Friday 10am-6pmSalary: $17.00 per hour + $1000 KPI bonus quarterlyBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceQuarterly Bonus
