Job Details

Responsibilities

* Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, bill pay, and expense management.
* Oversee the accounts receivable function, including customer collections and follow-up to ensure timely payment.
* Process and manage accounts payable and vendor payments.
* Support and help improve billing processes while partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, including QuickBooks and Ramp transactions.
* Reconcile and code corporate credit card expenses and employee expense reports.
* Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, amortization schedules, and fixed asset activity.
* Assist with month-end close and support financial reporting requirements.
* Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
* Support the Controller and Finance leadership team through close, reporting, and audit-related activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
* 2+ years of accounting experience; experience in a startup, SaaS company, or small business environment strongly preferred.
* Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
