Principal Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Engineer - Test Solutions - Onsite (Tewksbury/Andover, MA)

Location: US-MA-TEWKSBURY-TB2 ~ 50 Apple Hill Dr ~ SUDBURY BLDG, Tewksbury Tb2 200 Sudbury Position: Principal Electrical Engineer Security Clearance: Secret; U.S. citizenship required Responsibilities Design, development, and integration of test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface Test Adapters), and harnesses Design capture activities via creation of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing Experience with electrical design, analysis, and interpreting schematics with tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capacitor, or Creo Schematic Experience with COTS test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters) Qualifications We Prefer Experience supporting project planning, proposals, technical issue resolution, and mentoring early career staff Knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems for enhancements Experience with developing and implementing programming languages Experience designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed signal, and electrical system interconnect Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design Salary Range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
