Title: Customer Outreach Representative
Location: Framingham, MA - On-site

Role Summary:
Support a customer adoption initiative by making high-volume outbound calls (150-200 productive calls/day) to customers enrolled in an online payment portal but not actively using it. Educate customers, promote portal adoption, answer basic questions, assist with registration/navigation, and document outcomes accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound customer calls using scripts and established procedures. Explain portal features, benefits, and payment options; encourage adoption and usage.
Required Qualifications:

• Assist with basic registration, login, and navigation questions.
• Build rapport, influence customer action, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Document calls, customer feedback, and outcomes accurately in company systems.
• Identify issues outside scope and transfer/escalate to appropriate teams.
• Ramp quickly and consistently achieve 150-200 productive calls/day .
• Customer service, call center, inside sales, or similar customer-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls .
• Strong rapport-building, influencing, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to clearly explain benefits and encourage customers to take action.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data/documentation skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Framingham, MA.
