Duties

The job involves several key responsibilities:

Program Analysis 40%

• Perform daily analysis on all measures and requirements dealing with the Neurology and Dermatology Services.
• Resolve service gaps or utilization opportunities identified, including critical thinking skills to identify situations requiring escalation.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Service Access measures.
• Collect, compile, and track statistical information in support of program operations of substantial technical complexity.

Clinic Workflow Coordination 30%

• Audit workflow processes related to patient care delivered in Neurology and Dermatology Service Clinics.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of all workflow processes and maximize clinic utilization, e-consult, TeleHealth Overbook, and DIGMA opportunities.
• Create and modify clinic grids in consultation with the Facility Clinic Profile Manager.
• Provide pre- and post-implementation education of all relevant staff regarding clinic grid changes.
• Analyze data to identify the need for programmatic enhancements and provide program guidance and development of employees.

Administrative Management 30%

• Assist the Service Chief and Administrative Officer in gathering information and preparing reports or requests associated with budget analysis, space planning, purchase and replacement of equipment/supplies, staffing, policies, and continuing education and accreditation requirements.
• Guide daily workflow of administrative support services to ensure that inquiries, correspondence, and actions for the department are addressed appropriately.
• Formulate information papers and correspondence on a wide variety of subjects.
• Manage the care line equipment system and responsible for completing the Enterprise Equipment Request portal, Strategic Equipment Planning Guide, and following through until delivery of equipment.
• Design studies, training programs, and organizational strategies for identifying opportunities to improve customer service and process quality.
• Develop new programs and initiate programs from the national level, perform all research related to the program, and develop procedures and policies for the programs.
• Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:40pm
