What You'll Do Perform process‑driven laboratory tasks to prepare and handle blood‑derived products Follow aseptic techniques and strict quality standards in a clean, regulated lab setting Label, package, and prepare medical products for shipment to patients Complete routine equipment checks and cleaning procedures Accurately document each step of the process to ensure compliance and patient safety What Makes You a Great Fit Interest or background in laboratory work, specimen processing, medical manufacturing, assembly, or production Strong attention to detail and comfort following step‑by‑step procedures Ability to work independently while staying focused in a fast‑paced healthcare environment Basic computer skills and confidence with accurate documentation Pride in producing high‑quality work where accuracy matters No prior medical certification required, training is provided Why Join Us?
