What You'll Do As a Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our members interact with and play an important role in delivering an exceptional banking experience. In this role, you'll: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding member service Identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals Answer questions and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and care Maintain accurate cash handling and balance your cash drawer Follow security procedures and operational policies Work collaboratively with your team to create an exceptional member experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency are important, along with the ability to perform basic math accurately and confidently handle financial transactions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Customer service, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience is preferred Banking or financial services experience is a plus Ability to accurately handle financial transactions and cash Strong communication and interpersonal skills Schedule This is a Monday-Friday position with hours from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, along with rotating Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
