Responsibilities: Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to assist our Client Care Division. Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers Satisfy the vehicle needs of Internet-generated customers Collaborate with our Client Care Division and assist with incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads Be available to respond to appointments made, demonstrate the features and benefits, email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection Awareness of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately Assist customers in selecting a vehicle Qualifications: Quality customer service skills, and proven sales track record Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings. Every other Sunday schedule permitting. Confident, pleasant and professional.
