Join Our Team as a Travel RN Case Manager!

Job Description:

- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
- Location: 5th Floor, Neuro Step Down
- Address: 900 8th Ave, Ft Worth, TX 76104
- Number of Beds: 40
- Team: 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers
- Patient Ratios: 1:20-30
- EMR: Meditech, Careport
- Contract Length: 91 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Required:
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management Experience
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Meditech and Careport

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care for patients
- Maintain clear communication and seamless coordination among staff
