Base salary starts at $75,000 per year with monthly incentive bonus opportunities. Our amazing benefits package starts on your very first day and includes low cost family medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid vacation and paid holidays, a 401k plan with a 5% employer match, and an additional employer funded retirement savings account.In this dynamic and critical role, you will align production strategies with market demands to optimize manufacturing efficiency and ensure seamless operational flow. Full-time onsite presence is required for this position.**Key Responsibilities:*** **RFQ Management:** Oversee the intake and processing of commercial Requests for Quote (RFQs).* **Order Review:** Validate incoming orders against inventory capacity and manufacturing constraints prior to acceptance.* **Demand Optimization:** Map customer demand to optimal raw material SKUs to minimize conversion costs and maximize yield.* **Business Intelligence:** Develop reports, KPIs, and data analyses to support Business Unit objectives.* **Inventory Control:** Manage finished goods stock levels, evaluate SKU turnover, and optimize inventory health.* **Financial Modeling:** Analyze the financial impact of various scheduling options and present recommendations to leadership.* **Strategic Scheduling:** Identify customer ordering patterns to improve predictability and scheduling efficiency.**Requirements:*** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.* **Experience:** 3–5 years in production planning, supply chain, or data analytics.* **Technical Skills:** Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; SQL and ERP implementation experience, preferred.* **Soft Skills:** Exceptional cross-functional communication and data-driven critical thinking.* **Adaptability:** Ability to manage tight deadlines and willing to work extended hours as needed during peak workloads.Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits!* Competitive wages and bonus opportunities* Family medical, dental, and prescription coverage at minimal employee cost* Short and long term disability programs* Competitive retirement plans* Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts* Employer-provided and Voluntary Life Insurance options* Paid vacation and recognized statutory holidays* Apprenticeship and career advancement within the company* Tuition reimbursement* Wellness program**All applicants must be eligible to work in the USA.****While we thank all those who apply, only those being actively considered for employment will be contacted.****Equal Opportunity Employer**Orion Steel Group, L.L.C. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
