We offer exceptional clinical supervision and opportunities to obtain the supervision hours necessary for professional licensure.We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Manager to help lead a 24-bed residential mental health unit serving children and adolescents. In this role, you will oversee treatment delivery and provide supervision and guidance to milieu staff. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care, maintaining best-practice standards, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment for those we serve.Primary Responsibilities:Oversee daily treatment services in a 24-bed residential unitSupervise and mentor milieu staff to support quality care and professional developmentEvaluate and strengthen the therapeutic milieu to ensure effective treatment outcomesEnsure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practicesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized care plansPromote a culture of accountability, growth, and compassionate serviceQualities best suited for the position:Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and navigate difficult conversationsSkill in assessing, evaluating, and improving therapeutic environmentsInitiative and proactive problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessionalism, sound judgment, reliability, and a strong work ethicCommitment to helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting change
