Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care - $2,355 per week

Job Summary Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Miles City, Montana. The RN will provide comprehensive, resident‑centered nursing care, utilizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to promote optimal functional and health outcomes. Job Details & Responsibilities Completed holistic, age‑specific admission history, physical assessment, and nursing care plan for all assigned residents, with ongoing monitoring for deviations. Analyzed and incorporated clinical data such as lab results, x‑rays, and diagnostics to formulate individualized care plans. Identified and documented residents at risk for nutritional and functional decline. Recognized and reported signs/symptoms of neglect/abuse related to child, domestic, or elder abuse. Set priorities and reviewed daily plans of care in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Delegated tasks to team members based on resident needs, staff capabilities, and continuity of care. Communicated with physicians to coordinate medical and nursing care plans. Demonstrated technical competence in performing nursing skills and managing urgent/emergent resident care situations. Administered medications and IV therapy in accordance with scope of practice and facility policies. Documented nursing interventions, resident responses, and outcomes, evaluating resident progress to revise care plans accordingly. Provided resident and family education based on assessed needs, including discharge planning and instructions related to medications, wound care, and follow‑up. Maintained knowledge of CMS regulations and Medicare skilled criteria to ensure documentation compliance supporting resident care needs. Incorporated resident preferences into organized, efficient care delivery, delegating tasks appropriately. Supervised and evaluated performance of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members. Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
